Overview

Our nurses help with disease management and work closely with physicians providing treatment and monitoring progress of patient's response to treatment. Home health services may be covered 100% by Medicare if the patient meets eligibility requirements — such as an exacerbation of a preexisting condition, acute onset of a new diagnosis, or a new medication.

  • Teaching signs and symptoms of diagnosis
  • Teaching new medication regimen
  • Oxygen therapy and pulse oximetry education
  • Proper usage of inhalers
  • Nutritional status and hydration assessment
  • Removal of sutures and staples
